At Robin's Nest, I offer Individual Counselling to youth 12+ and adults. Areas of focus include persistent concussion symptoms, exploring outcomes after acquired brain injury (including stroke), youth addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other mental health concerns . I offer Couple & Family Counselling options in relation to supporting recovery and growth after concussion, ABI, and stroke. I offer a safe and welcoming space and use evidence based therapy approaches to ensure that you are provided with counselling services and therapeutic strategies that are most effective for your needs. You may select virtual or in-person sessions.

Case Management Services strive to integrate care across the services and sectors involved in the client's recovery. The Case Manager works to assist, facilitate, monitor and resolve client issues using clinical skills, clinical services and community resources. Case Management Services involve assessing strengths and needs, monitoring and adjusting goals and establishing effective communication pathways with other professionals and supports. In the rehabilitation model the aim is to help the client improve his or her functional abilities and maximize independence. Case Managers are responsible for continuity of care, educating the client and other team members, integrating the care team, and advocating for and coordinating services. The work is client-centered and strives to help the client manage in their own context. and achieve their goals.

Robin's Nest offers two streams of Consultation Services. The first stream addresses the needs of other professionals working with people impacted by Concussion, Brain Injury and Stroke. This stream may include education, system navigation, and behavioral care planning/strategy generation. The second stream of Consultation is for individuals who are experiencing the outcomes of concussion, brain injury or stroke and provides customized recommendations to support ongoing recovery and symptom management.
